We are looking for a Proposal Analyst to join our team and support the Proposal Management function across RFx activity. You will play a critical role in proposal operations by executing the detailed, high-volume work that enables strong, compliant, and on-time submission readiness. This is not a proposal leadership role, but it is a highly impactful execution role that helps increase team throughput and keeps response development running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

If you were part of our team last week, here are some things you would have done:

  • Downloaded and organized solicitation documents, amendments, and attachments from procurement portals for active RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and Sources Sought
  • Set up proposal workspaces including folders, trackers, and collaboration channels to support new RFx opportunities
  • Supported proposal intake and triage by preparing summaries, internal notifications, and baseline documentation
  • Coordinated kickoff meetings and working sessions, tracked action items, and followed up with contributors
  • Gathered standard company information, certifications, and administrative materials required for submissions
  • Organized source content and reference materials to support response development
  • Maintained proposal calendars, trackers, and document libraries across multiple concurrent solicitations
  • Assisted with formatting, proofreading, and assembling proposal documents to support submission readiness
  • Tracked deadlines, compliance requirements, and submission instructions to ensure accuracy and completeness

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and collaboration tools such as Slack

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting RFx processes including RFI, RFP, RFQ, or Sources Sought responses
  • Familiarity with procurement portals and handling solicitation documentation
  • Background in proposal support, sales operations, capture operations, or project coordination
  • Exposure to public sector or government procurement environments
  • Experience maintaining templates, trackers, and shared content repositories

Location

Mark43 is a remote-friendly company with offices in New York, Boston, and Manchester, UK. This role may be based remotely from an approved state or aligned to one of our office locations.
