We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager who is passionate about building and owning processes, coordination and helping the data and engineering teams be successful. You will have the opportunity to solve challenging problems, work with the latest systems, collaborate with a kind and capable team and contribute meaningfully.
What’s the Job?
- Support a unique team that’s building software for millions of people.
- Work with engineers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to refine scalable and efficient solutions.
- Work with third-parties in an engineering and support role.
- Document and diagram architecture, project needs, and processes.
- Assist with information presentation on data and analytical dashboards.
- Distill problems your team runs into and unblock them.
- Manage project tracking tools to help align goals, roadmaps and timelines between departments.
What We’ll Love About You
- Experience managing team/project requirements and expectations.
- Serious communication comfort. You’ll be talking to a lot of people, all the time and your ability to effectively communicate many points of view and opinions between teams is critical.
- You’ll be working on a lot of things all at once and that’s fun because you take notes, manage your time well and have consistent follow-through.
- Working with remote teams across multiple time zones is easy for you. The world is a big place!
- The ability to thrive in a collaborative environment involving different stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Agile/Scrum experience and the ability to work effectively with different types of teams
- Data Warehousing, Analytics, and Cloud Computing understanding; you are not going to be deploying features but you’ll understand what it means when your coworkers do
