Senior Program Manager

The Grindr Revenue team is looking for a Program Manager with experience and vision to guide us in owning, developing, and executing the team's project process. You will have the opportunity to solve challenging problems, collaborate with a kind and capable team, and contribute meaningfully to the world's best app for queer dating.
What's the job?
- Developing, and refining the project process that the squad uses to execute its vision.
- Facilitating and executing the project process to improve squad throughput.
- Documenting project needs and processes.
- Assisting with information presentation on data and analytical dashboards.
- Managing project tracking tools to help align goals, roadmaps and timelines between departments.
- Supporting a unique team that’s building software for millions of people.
- Working with engineers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to refine scalable and efficient solutions.
What we'll love about you:
- Experience managing team/project requirements and expectations.
- Serious communication comfort. You’ll be talking to a lot of people all the time, and your ability to effectively communicate many points of view and opinions between teams is critical.
- You’ll be working on a lot of things all at once and that’s fun because you take notes, manage your time well and have consistent follow-through.
- Working with remote teams across multiple time zones is easy for you. The world is a big place!
- Agile/Scrum experience and the ability to work effectively with different types of teams
- The ability to thrive in a collaborative environment involving different stakeholders and subject matter experts.
We'll really swoon if you are/have these:
- Familiarity with working with mobile (iOS/Android) engineering teams and projects
- Familiarity working with the data and documentation needs of a team focused on increasing sales
- Experience working with new teams, and instilling good habits and developing great processes and practices
- Experience with architecting programs and documentation of program architecture
