About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager with a breadth and depth of expertise to lead omnichannel work across multiple integrated workstreams for our creative and product initiatives. In this role, you will drive the development of high quality creative initiatives ensuring its success. You will guide cross-functional collaboration and communication, plan and prioritize resources and projects, manage budgets and timelines, and map it all to company goals. The ideal candidate is highly strategic, organized and entrepreneurial.
What you’ll do:
- Responsible and accountable for ensuring all creative initiatives are strategic, of high-quality and completed on time and on budget.
- Help plan, prioritize and manage multiple parallel projects working with creatives, marketers, and product.
- Have an understanding for company goals and drive the end-to-end processes and mechanisms for successful content creation.
- Ensure successful collaboration and engagement across teams.
- Manage the daily workflow of the internal creative team, providing feedback, organizing and ensuring that support assets are supplied and conversations are facilitated.
- Remove roadblocks, disambiguate situations that impede creatives, flag and troubleshoot any potential issues.
- Assess headcount and freelance needs.
- On-board and manage freelancers and external vendor resources and contracts.
What we’re looking for:
- 6+ years of experience in creative operations at an agency or client-side direct-to-consumer marketing team.
- Proven success working with creative teams across multiple media platforms.
- Experience building effective creative plans and processes that support business goals.
- This position requires a proactive leader with an entrepreneurial mindset and passion for creative and strategy.
- Have a bias for action.
- Exceptional organizational, creative process management, prioritization and resources allocation skills.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and synthesize feedback and input from creative stakeholders.
- Budget management experience, with ability to negotiate as needed.
- You adapt well to changing needs and priorities and are able to pivot easily to achieve goals and deadlines.
- Strong history of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
