Program Manager
About the Role
Your role is to drive the successful execution of company-wide strategic objectives. Specifically, this will include: Developing or reviewing all action plans to ensure alignment with OKRs, identifying issues and risks, coordinating and contributing to problem-solving, collaborating with project leads and team members to advance objectives, and ensuring a common understanding of objective status across relevant stakeholders.
Your Area of Focus
- Develop (or review and provide inputs to) all action plans to ensure they advance our strategic objectives and would lead to desired key results
- Proactively identify issues and risks and collaborate with team members to resolve them; escalate when necessary to the appropriate forums
- Develop and drive the agenda for steering committee meetings
- Regularly assess project status and maintain a clear understanding of all objectives - what is going well and what needs additional focus
- Provide relevant and timely stakeholder communications to all levels of management (formal and informal reporting) on the status - progress, next steps, issues and risks
- Constructively contribute to all project teams
- Balance strategic objectives vs. BAU activities
- Drive changes through the organization without significant disruption of the business
- Stay flexible as priorities change over time
- Build rapport with a range of stakeholders, including but not limited to, Executive and Leadership teams, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product Development and Finance
Your Professional Qualifications
- 5+ years of program management experience
- Some management consulting experience preferred
- Some experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in the SMB market
- Extensive experience leading large, cross-functional teams
- Experience delivering complex, commercial-oriented projects
- Some experience with post-merger integration preferred
