Luxury Presence is a VC-funded Stanford StartX-accelerated startup, building a premium platform to provide real estate agents with stunning websites, world-class marketing tools and services, and access to an exclusive network.


We are looking for an IDX Coordinator to join the Product Fulfillment Team. As an IDX Coordinator, you will work closely with all client-facing teams and provide support on the MLS/IDX Product. Your role is to own the IDX onboarding process, manage client and external vendor communication, and collaborate on cross-team projects. Your skills will be put to the test as you become a Subject Matter Expert in a new, niche domain, and actively manage MLS/IDX integrations of over 198 MLSs nationwide. You have: 

- Curiosity for real estate and technology 

- A hunger to be a SME and learn everything IDX

- A high attention to detail

- 1 year of experience as a project coordinator or associate, or client-facing role in a fast-paced environment


You exceed in: 

- Communicating with clients and vendors effectively and efficiently 

- Collaborating and working across internal teams to provide support on projects 

- Identifying opportunities to optimize processes 

- Organization & project management– prioritizing tasks, working efficiently, and delivering ahead of deadlines 

- Outworking the competition


Your responsibilities: 

- Managing MLS operations and communications for over 198 MLSs nationwide 

- End to end ownership of MLS/IDX onboarding process 

- Creating efficiency around execution with outside MLS vendors 

- Working cross functionally with Sales, Implementation Managers and Support teams for the MLS/IDX process 

- Keeping detailed accounts of various feeds, clients and implementations
