Job Description

Commercial sales representatives, under the direction of Regional Manager. This person will be responsible to achieve sales and profit goals in the region in the Infrastructure segment.

We offer

Competitive pay plus quarterly sales incentives: Base pay $95,000-$100,000 (based on experience), plus quarterly incentives, and year end growth incentives. OTE (On track earnings) could be $150,000+ or more if growth is achieved

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Increase product penetration/sales in your region by expanding customer base with specialist sub-contractors and general contractors.
  • Work independently and with inside sales to track lettings and then team up with Infrastructure sales team to close sales.
  • Work with DOT specialist to maintain and acquire necessary product approvals in all DOTs in the region.
  • Develop and maintain contractor and DOT personnel relationships assuring maximum coverage in sales territory.
  • Cultivate a broad Contractor Program thru evaluation, product education, application techniques for strategic markets.
  • Work to achieve a highly visual/leadership position in product positioning in DOTs.
  • Analyze and report business conditions i.e. new product needs, new trends within the region and recommend actions to VP consistent with sales goals.
  • Perform AD HOC duties and activities as directed by your supervisor.
  • Represent company at necessary industry tradeshows and associations to help it attain the desired leadership position in this segment.

Qualifications

  • BS degree minimum with relevant experience a plus
  • Proven track record for construction chemical sales in DOTs
  • Establish relationships with sales teams in different states to achieve desired goals.
  • Proven skills and traits to work in teams and foster relationships to achieve business targets.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in sales or related field
