AI Technology Partners (AITP) is a leader in delivering cutting-edge generative AI solutions and managed services, specializing in secure, customizable AI deployments for enterprises. Our offerings are designed to help organizations unlock the full value of AI while maintaining robust security and compliance across their infrastructures.

About the role

AI Technology Partners (AITP) delivers secure, customizable generative AI solutions for enterprises. We need a driver, not a passenger—someone who takes ownership, sets the pace, and keeps delivery on track across multiple client and internal projects. You’ll work hands-on with cross-functional teams, blend Scrum and Kanban, and ensure our AI solutions land on time, in scope, and to our high standards.

What you'll do

·      Lead multiple projects/programs from kickoff to delivery—plan, prioritize, and remove blockers.

·      Keep teams focused and accountable; turn ambiguity into clear actions and measurable milestones.

·      Run Agile ceremonies with intent, track velocity, throughput, and scope changes.

·      Own client communications—set expectations, resolve issues, and maintain trust.

·      Use AI daily to accelerate PM tasks: summarizing meetings, drafting requirements, updating status, managing risks.

·      Maintain ruthless attention to detail while keeping the big picture in sight.

Qualifications

Must-have

·      Proven track record delivering tech projects in Agile environments (Scrum + Kanban).

·      Confident, composed leadership of cross-functional teams—able to align strong personalities without ego.

·      Excellent client management and communication skills.

·      Strong organizational habits, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping details.

·      Working knowledge of generative AI concepts and a habit of using AI tools to work faster and smarter.

Nice to have

·      Background in engineering or DevOps; comfort reading code or infrastructure diagrams.

·      Experience in regulated environments (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, HIPAA, GDPR).

Location

Remote, US-based candidates preferred. The role may involve working across multiple time zones.

How we work

·      Driver mindset: You own outcomes and momentum.

·      Hybrid Agile: Scrum and Kanban blended for speed and adaptability.

·      AI as leverage: We use AI to deliver more, faster.

How to Apply

Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resumes and a brief cover letter outlining relevant experience and why they are a good fit for this role.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
