Senior Project Manager – Enterprise Software Delivery
Location: Remote – United States
Lead complex enterprise software implementations that require strong client partnership, financial discipline, and cross-functional leadership.
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive operational execution across large enterprise software implementation programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in client-facing environments, communicates confidently with executives and delivery teams, and brings deep experience managing budgets, risks, timelines, and enterprise-scale delivery coordination.
You will serve as a central point of alignment across client stakeholders, product teams, engineering, QA, cloud operations, security, training, and finance to keep programs on track, on budget, and aligned to business priorities.
What You Will Do
- Lead day-to-day execution of complex enterprise software implementation projects across multiple workstreams and teams
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and communicate effectively at both working-team and executive levels
- Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, escalations, and change control activities
- Drive proactive communication across internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment and delivery momentum
- Track and manage project financials, including budgets, forecasting, invoicing, accounts receivable, WIP tracking, earned/non-earned revenue models, and cost controls
- Coordinate closely with Solution, Engineering, QA, Product, Cloud Operations, Security, Training, and Finance teams
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, PI planning sessions, and scrum activities as needed
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, JIRA tracking, SharePoint artifacts, and resource hours management
- Guide project teams through issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and corrective action planning
- Support leadership teams with project status reporting, steering committee updates, and delivery readiness reviews
What You Bring
- 5–7+ years of project management experience leading enterprise software implementation programs
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing project budgets, financial tracking, forecasting, invoicing, accounts receivable, and delivery performance metrics
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive leadership
- Hands-on experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
- Experience working for a software company delivering enterprise implementations or deep consulting experience leading complex client implementations
- Domain expertise in retirement, pension, or financial services platforms is a strong plus
- Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, JIRA, ServiceNow, and Netsuite
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Agile certifications are a plus

What Majesco Offers:
Majesco is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $130,000.
