At LHP we ensure Functional Safety and Cyber Security development of these systems and technologies by leveraging our core expertise with widely accepted standards such as AUTOSAR, ISO26262, ASPICE, ISO/SAE 21434.

The Project Manager supports the planning and execution of aerospace engineering and manufacturing projects. This role works closely with engineering, supply chain, quality, and customers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with aerospace standards. This is an onsite in Goleta, CA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project planning, scheduling, and cost tracking for aerospace programs
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain)
  • Track project milestones, risks, and action items
  • Prepare project status reports for internal and customer reviews
  • Support change management, documentation, and configuration control activities
  • Assist with customer communications and meeting preparation
  • Ensure adherence to aerospace quality and compliance requirements
  • Risk management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 1–3 years of project coordination or project management experience
  • Familiarity with aerospace or regulated manufacturing environments preferred
  • Working knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Excel, Jira, etc.)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Goleta, CA
