Project Manager

Storable is seeking a Project Manager to drive structured execution across our Business Operations organization—including Salesforce, integrations, automations, data, and process-improvement initiatives across GTM and post-sales teams. This role ensures projects are well-defined, properly prioritized, resourced, delivered on time, and aligned with business goals and system best practices.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at coordinating technical and operational workstreams. While this role does not require hands-on system configuration, it does require strong fluency in Salesforce, integrations, and RevOps processes to effectively partner with technical resources, analysts, and business stakeholders. This individual will play a central role in helping the team load balance, increase predictability, and drive operational excellence.

ResponsibilitiesProject Execution & Delivery
  • Lead end-to-end project management for Business Systems, Integrations, Automation, and RevOps initiatives.
  • Own project timelines, task assignments, risk management, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Run project standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and milestone checkpoints.
  • Ensure requirements are translated into actionable development plans for Salesforce Admins, Developers, Analysts, and Integration Specialists.
  • Track dependencies across teams and platforms.
Project Intake, Scoping & Prioritization
  • Facilitate structured intake using the team’s project playbook, helping stakeholders define scope, value, requirements, and measurable outcomes.
  • Support the Director of Business Operations in capacity planning and value-driven prioritization (MoSCoW, ROI, effort vs. impact).
  • Ensure projects align with strategic goals, including scalability, data quality, integration health, and operational efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Support, and Product to ensure alignment throughout each project lifecycle.
  • Serve as the communication bridge between technical implementers and business users.
  • Build trust and strong working relationships by proactively managing expectations and providing regular status updates.
  • Facilitate change management including training coordination, release communication, and documentation.
Systems & Process Fluency
  • Maintain a working knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, Workato, key integrations, and RevOps processes to support effective scoping and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with technical owners to identify risks related to system limitations, data structures, automation patterns, and architecture constraints.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts—reducing technical debt, enhancing documentation, and improving system/process scalability.
Reporting, Organization, & Continuous Improvement
  • Maintain clear project documentation including requirements, decisions, risks, and timelines.
  • Report project progress, blockers, and resource needs to the Director of Business Operations.
  • Help refine the team’s project playbook, standard operating procedures, intake processes, and prioritization frameworks.
  • Proactively identify ways to improve project predictability, reduce rework, and enhance stakeholder experience across GTM systems.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of project management experience, ideally supporting technical, business systems, or RevOps teams.
  • Strong fluency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and/or integration environments; able to understand system implications even if not hands-on building.
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to break complex business problems into structured, actionable components.
  • Experience delivering projects involving cross-functional GTM and post-sales teams (Sales, Marketing, Support, Product).
  • Comfort coordinating work across developers, admins, analysts, and integration specialists.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Jira, ClickUp, Monday.com, etc.).
  • Certifications:
    • Preferred:
      • Salesforce Admin or Platform App Builder
      • PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum certification
      • Workato Automation Pro or similar integration coursework
  • Preferred:
    • Experience managing Salesforce, HubSpot, or Workato implementation projects.
    • A background in RevOps, Business Systems, SaaS operations, or GTM process design.
    • Familiarity with data quality, data governance, and system architecture concepts.
    • Experience working in private-equity-owned or fast-scaling SaaS environments.
    • Exposure to intake frameworks, MoSCoW prioritization, and value/effort scoring.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
