Job Description
Chase Auto is a leading provider of auto financing with a portfolio of more than $80 billion in assets and relationships with 75% of U.S. franchised automotive dealers. The business is part of the JPMorgan Chase franchise and serves auto dealers, consumers, and vehicle manufacturers. It offers a range of products and services to meet the financial needs of its clients from retail lending, captive financing, and floorplan products to cash management, private banking, and payment processing.
As a Project Manager, within Rivian Financial Service's business, you will play a vital role by fostering strong relationships with the client and delivering innovative retail and commercial financing solutions. You will be responsible for driving engagement with our finance products and ensuring the highest level of service.
Job responsibilities
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in Financial Services and Sales through regular communication, on-site visits, and strategic engagement.
  • Collaborate with Chase and Rivian operations teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing optimization of financial strategies and solutions.
  • Deliver training and support to Rivian personnel on financing programs, policies, procedures, and pricing updates, ensuring teams are well-informed and equipped to drive results.
  • Educate and advise Rivian teams on remarketing programs, working to minimize financial losses and strengthen customer loyalty to the Rivian brand.
  • Work closely with internal product teams to identify opportunities and drive enhancements that support Rivian's evolving business needs and deliver critical assets.
  • Proactively identify and address challenges, provide insights on market trends, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that support Rivian's growth and success.
  • Represent Rivian Financial Services at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote partnership opportunities and reinforce brand presence.
  • Create and deliver PowerPoint presentations for regular meetings, showcasing business results, key achievements, and upcoming initiatives to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple internal and extern stakeholders
  • Thorough knowledge of indirect finance products (retail and lease) & direct-to-consumer sales
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain client relationships
  • Demonstrated people management skill and the ability to influence
  • Core computer skills required (PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Word)
  • Utilize Video conference meetings with clients (Zoom)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Operations (Underwriting or Booking and Funding) experience within the auto finance industry
  • One year Consumer credit experience
  • Financial statements analysis experience
