This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with both creative and operational objectives. The Project Manager will coordinate between R&D, production, talent, and business teams to track progress, remove roadblocks, and maintain clear communication.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define scope, milestones, timelines, and deliverables for AI-related projects
- Partner with R&D, production support, and business operations teams to align resources and schedules
- Track project status, anticipate risks, and resolve issues to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain consistent updates to leadership, stakeholders, and project teams on progress, challenges, and outcomes
- Ensure project requirements, workflows, and outcomes are clearly documented and accessible for future reference.
- Identify and implement best practices to optimize FOX Entertainment's project management standards
- Track KPIs related to delivery speed, budget adherence, and overall project impact
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- 7+ years of project management experience, ideally within media, entertainment, or technology industries
- Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects
- Strong understanding of production pipelines and/or AI/technology-driven workflows
- Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $102,000.00-140,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
