About the RoleAs a Project Manager on the Professional Services team at Synthflow AI, you’ll lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of enterprise AI implementations for some of the world’s most innovative companies. You’ll serve as the central point of alignment between our customers and internal teams, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate business goals into structured project plans — driving accountability, managing dependencies, and maintaining clear communication at every stage. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where precision, collaboration, and execution excellence define success.
Your ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI implementation projects from kickoff through post-launch.
Partner with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Solutions, Customer Success) to align on requirements, milestones, and deliverables.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing timelines, communications, and expectations.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and ensure on-time delivery.
Provide transparent reporting and regular status updates to stakeholders.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Synthflow’s implementation frameworks and playbooks to enable scalable, high-quality delivery.
5+ years of experience in Project or Program Management, ideally within enterprise SaaS, AI, or professional services environments.
Proven experience leading customer-facing technology implementations — including integrations, APIs, or AI-driven solutions.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Strong communicator who builds trust across both technical and business audiences.
Analytical and proactive, with the ability to anticipate risks and make data-informed decisions.
Thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment where collaboration and adaptability are key.
Experience with CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) or Customer Experience platforms recognized in the Gartner Magic Quadrant (e.g., Talkdesk, Five9, NICE, Genesys, or similar).
Exposure to Conversational AI, LLM-powered products, or automation workflows.
Background in Professional Services, Customer Implementations, or Solutions Delivery.
Certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master.
