The Project Manager will oversee the work of the team, including schedule management, conducting quality control for content, and monitoring progress and workloads. They will serve as a point of contact for the client and provide feedback for improvement and scope adjustments as needed.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the oversight of team members’ work and schedule management
- Delegate appropriate work as needed while assuring the APM maintains a balance of 30% management/admin work and 70% work in client tools
- Manage dedicated ongoing tasks as assigned by the Director of Production, Music and handle special projects as needed
- Attend regular meetings with managers
- Review tasks and performance with team members, monitor overall progress and workloads, and address team performance issues or concerns
- Oversee management of vendor account expirations in client tools
- Act as point of contact for client business leads
- Track, organize, and oversee quality control of music content
- Prepare monthly productivity reports for delivery to the client
- Monitor and triage project concerns, file bug reports where needed, and provide feedback for project enhancements and issue resolution
- Encourage teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team
Required Experience
- 3 years of experience in project management
- Experience with music streaming platforms
- Experience in a supervisory role or managing a team
- Experience reviewing a large quantity of work while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
- Experience with reviewing a high volume of material and presenting organized data
- Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets formulas and formatting
- Experience in a client-facing role
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in data analysis
- Experience with team management and scheduling
- Tech industry awareness
- Account management experience
Job Type: Full-time
Starting Salary Range: USD 70-85K
Location: United States, Pacific time required
