Job Summary:

Responsible for providing expert project management services for migrating to our new software through consistent interaction with clients, internal operations, and outside service partners. Candidate must be detail-oriented, a self-starter with initiative, and able to work independently while communicating effectively with clients and co-workers in our fully remote role. To provide effective support to multiple clients, the candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced, highly versatile environment to meet the expected demands and deadlines.  

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate people and resources to execute and deliver projects within a specified timeline 
  • Plan and document project tasks 
  • Ensure deliverables are delivered on time 
  • Ability to both access and manage identified risk  
  • Serve as the liaison between the clients and/or partners and internal team members (i.e. business analysts, software engineers, etc.) 
  • Conduct weekly or monthly status meetings with clients and follow up on issues or tasks discussed with appropriate resources, as needed 
  • Ability to collaborate with all stakeholders and departments identified within project scope 
  • Eliminate blockers and potential risks 
  • Effectively prioritize, troubleshoot, and escalate, when needed 
  • Manage all project resources 
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders 
  • Adapts to changing priorities and business needs by willingly taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management 
  • Must work the hours and location assigned by management 
  • Demonstrate commitment to upholding company standards and values by consistently following all company policies, procedures, and guidelines

Skills & Competencies:

  • Skilled in developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accommodate work responsibilities and meet business deadlines 
  • Strong understanding of software products and services, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences 
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset  
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively 
  • Demonstrated track record of on-time/budget project completion 
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other relevant tools 
  • Ability to conduct client meetings with varying levels of our client organizations 
  • Customer-focused approach with a passion for building lasting relationships 
  • Ability to effectively speak, write, and understand the English language. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with customers, cross-functional teams, and external sources 
  • Ability to use computers and computer systems to navigate databases, enter data, and process information 
  • Ability to understand the software products, including but not limited to Microsoft Office

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required 
  • Five (5) years of experience as a Project Manager within the SaaS industry 
  • Nice to have, experience within the automotive industry
