In this role, you'll be the powerhouse behind the scenes, driving the creation and development of our wildly fun games. Can you lead projects with precision, keep everything on track, and inspire teams to deliver their best work? HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:
- Work closely with key stakeholders to gather project scope, communicate throughout product development to align with their vision, and secure their approval to move the product into development
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure stakeholder vision is considered during product development and to keep products within the defined scope, time, and budget
- Facilitate and lead cross-functional communication to align teams, identify roadblocks, and collaboratively problem-solve
- Report and escalate project progress, scope, concerns, and risks to management regularly to keep the project on track
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to accurately reflect the product throughout its lifecycle and remain the definitive source of information
- Become an expert on our Project Management software
- Organize, attend, and participate in cross-functional meetings
- May include agenda management, note taking, and note distribution before, during, and after Creative Operations meetings
WHAT WE NEED:
- 2-3 years project management experience in product (with strict timelines) or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Project Management Tools (Wrike is a plus), Adobe Suite Applications and G-Suite Applications
- Self-starter, managing high volumes of projects per quarter
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with an extreme attention to detail
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication skill
- A friendly team player with a productive attitude and passion for overcoming obstacles who can take and give feedback (no egos)
