LOCATION:  Gainesville, VA or Remote US/USA

Summary:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment. Work closely with internal and external teams to communicate target completion dates and ensure that all internal & external requirements are being met in a timely manner. Ensure that services are delivered correctly and on schedule and facilitate communications between all relevant stakeholders both internal and external Manage budget as per department guidelines and timelines. Mediate escalations and provide troubleshooting resolutions Lead the project team, work with stakeholders to successfully install - Fire Burg Access Control CCTV. 

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Partner with subcontractors, manage and maintain relationships, throughout duration of the job.
  • Manage budget, contractor negotiations and change orders as needed.
  • Negotiate prices with subcontractors.
  • Monitor data, work completion and handle escalations by providing resolutions.
  • Maintain relationships with customer and provide troubleshooting resolutions during customer calls.
  • Review tasks during the project closeout to ensure systems are online with our monitoring system, final review on video systems, making sure fire inspections are there from local jurisdictions.
  • Manage TSP invoices, closeout, sign off etc.

Aligning with D365:

  • Align data with D365 for efficient task management, task assignment and updated customer expected dates.
  • Create work orders and projects.
  • Task packages that are aligned and assign to the project teams.
  • Maintain department KPI’s dept and manage data throughout duration of project.

Team Development

  • Provide support and mentorship to clarify scope of work within the team.
  • Validate the data, project timelines and ensure team is aligned with customer expectations.
  • Evaluate risk during the project phases and provide mitigation solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree - preferred.
  • 1-2 years of industry experience - preferred.
  • PMP certification - preferred.
  • Multitasking - Comfortable working on various projects at a time, in fast paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Blueprints - preferred.
    • Ability to read interpret and understand blueprints.
  • Ability to act independently. 
    • Comfortable to figure out solutions.
