Expight Media is a premium creative agency producing brand-defining content for fitness and lifestyle brands. We specialize in high-ticket creative campaigns that combine strategy, design, and storytelling to help our clients scale and stand out.

As we grow our client base, we’re looking for a Project Manager to keep campaigns running smoothly, on time, and on budget.

The Role

The Project Manager is the bridge between our creative team and our clients. You’ll oversee multiple projects, ensuring clarity, accountability, and delivery of high-impact work. This role requires someone who thrives on organization, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced creative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets across multiple client projects

  • Coordinate between sales, creative, and marketing teams to keep projects aligned

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients during active campaigns

  • Create and maintain project documentation (briefs, timelines, status updates)

  • Anticipate roadblocks and resolve issues before they escalate

  • Monitor resource allocation and workflow to keep creative output efficient

  • Use project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday, or similar) to track progress

  • Report regularly to leadership on project health and performance



Requirements
  • 2+ years experience in project management (preferably in a creative, marketing, or agency environment)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication skills — written and verbal

  • Experience working with creative teams (designers, copywriters, video editors)

  • Comfortable with project management software and CRM tools

  • Client-facing experience a plus

  • Familiarity with fitness, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a bonus
