About the role The Project Manager is responsible for managing experienced professionals and overseeing the implementation of short-term strategies and policies. The role involves planning, organizing, and controlling resources for technical projects, ensuring quality standards, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.This job profile is intended for People Managers of 4+ experienced to senior expert-level employees.
Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed work plans, schedules, and project estimates.
Conduct risk analysis and monitor progress against milestones and budgets.
Provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and review deliverables.
Liaise with users to analyze and document requirements.
Manage vendor tasks and review deliverables where applicable.
Skills & Qualifications
Typically a University degree (or equivalent work experience) and 9+ years of relevant work experienceare minimally required to be able to manage and coordinate one or more expert-level teams.
Required Skills:
Strong project management and leadership skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to manage complex technical projects.
Experience in cross-functional team coordination.
