  • The Project Manager – Workforce Solutions plays a pivotal role in driving execution across both client-facing and internal strategic initiatives. This role ensures the protection of strategic bandwidth, supports scalability, and brings organizational discipline to delivery across the PEO vertical. The ideal candidate thrives in a matrixed environment, takes ownership of cross-functional initiatives, and serves as the operational heartbeat across key workstreams. 

    Key Responsibilities: 

    1. Project Execution & Strategic Enablement 

    • Drive execution of both client and internal initiatives across the Workforce Solutions vertical. 

    • Protect the time and focus of strategic leaders by managing follow-ups, tracking actions, and maintaining visibility on all moving parts. 

    • Create scalable processes to streamline workflows, reduce operational friction, and improve delivery consistency. 

    • Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines across functional teams. 

    2. Client Account Management 

    • Track and update client open items and outstanding deliverables to ensure timely resolution. 

    • Serve as the first point of contact for client issues and follow-ups, escalating to the appropriate teams when needed. 

    • Maintain clear communication loops between internal teams and client stakeholders. 

    3. Reporting & Coordination 

    • Coordinate and support the development of the Semi-Annual Stewardship Decks. 

    • Ensure organized handoffs between reporting teams and client-facing leaders. 

    4. PEO Master Plans & Renewal Support 

    • Coordinate plan alignment, ensuring that renewals are tracked, updated, and reflective of strategic objectives. 

    5. M&A Support 

    • Assist in the coordination of M&A Master Plans to support growth and acquisition efforts. 

     

    6. Onboarding & System Support 

    • Ensure smooth implementation and integration of systems, workflows, and processes during onboarding phases. 

    • Create visibility around system and process gaps and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues. 

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is up to $90,000 a year

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs. You will receive reimbursement of job-related expenses per the company policy and may receive employee perks and discounts.
