Position OverviewCast & Crew is seeking a Project Manager to join the Transformation Office. Reporting to the VP, Transformation, the Project Manager leads and manages projects focused on significant organizational change, often involving process improvements, new strategies, or digital transformation. They are responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering measurable results. Key responsibilities include developing project plans, managing budgets, coordinating teams, and communicating with stakeholders.

Requirements:
Planning and Management: Defining project goals, scope, dependencies, and deliverables, creating detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Performance Monitoring: Tracking project progress, measuring key performance indicators, and reporting on project status
Budget Management: Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects are delivered within allocated resources.
Communication: Keeping stakeholders informed of project status, progress, and any changes or issues that arise.
Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks associated with transformation projects.
Process Improvement: Analyzing current project management processes, identifying areas for enhancement, and developing solutions for optimization.
Team Collaboration: Fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams and removing obstacles to progress.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
4+ years in project management.
Experience with business or tech transformation.
Proven experience in leading and managing complex projects, ideally with experience in agile, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and drive resolution.
Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and effectively manage expectations.
Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with transformation projects.
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Experience in digital transformation projects, including understanding of digital tools and technologies.
Familiarity with PMIS platforms (e.g., Jira, SmartSheet, Monday.com, ServiceNow)
Understanding financial principles and managing project budgets is essential.
PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.
Special Work Conditions
Sedentary – Involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Some positions may entail exerting up to 15 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, or pull.
