Lead and coordinate a protocol V2 relaunch and token migration. Manage cross-functional teams, create and maintain project plans, assess and mitigate risks, monitor progress, and report status to stakeholders to ensure timely, successful delivery.
We are partnered with a protocol looking to relaunch, V2 - You will play a pivotal role in coordinating the launch and the token migration. This position requires a deep understanding of DeFi mechanics and token models to ensure a seamless transition and successful project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the V2 protocol launch and token migration process.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and communications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals and strategies.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for project challenges.
- Continuously monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.
- Report project status, progress, and outcomes to management and key stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in project management, ideally in the DeFi or blockchain space.
- Strong understanding of tokenomics and decentralized finance mechanisms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
