About the Role
We’re looking for a Project Manager/Scrum Master with strong Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) domain knowledge to lead delivery for CIAM-focused programs. This role requires someone who can manage complex project timelines, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and drive results in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead CIAM project planning, execution, sprint ceremonies, and delivery activities.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Client teams to ensure alignment on requirements and delivery milestones.
- Facilitate Agile practices and ensure continuous improvement across the team.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, and governance updates.
- Ensure security compliance and alignment with Canada’s Enhanced Reliability requirements.
Required Experience
- Canadian Citizen with active Enhanced Reliability clearance (non-negotiable).
- Strong CIAM domain knowledge (registration flows, authentication, MFA, SSO, identity lifecycle, user experience, fraud/risk controls).
- Project management experience, including Agile/Scrum delivery.
- Experience managing technical projects with distributed teams.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
