We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and driven Project Manager to help keep our most important Product initiatives on track. In this role, you’ll combine operational responsibility and project management to align product operations with our business objectives and strategic road map. You’ll bring clarity to complex workstreams, track progress toward our goals, and ensure ongoing cross functional alignment. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s excited to leverage their experience in product strategy and project management—while making a meaningful impact.
Note that this is a hybrid role that requires you to come into Talkspace headquarters in Midtown twice a week.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships across product, engineering, commercial and operational teams to keep initiatives on track and aligned to strategic goals
- Track OKRs and roadmaps, organize project plans, and manage timelines
- Proactively identify gaps or roadblocks and drive solutions that improve quality, efficiency, and impact
- Support documentation of product and operational requirements to ensure clarity across stakeholders
- Provide structure, accountability, and follow-through to ensure successful project completion
- Use project management tools to create visibility and drive progress
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
About You
- 2–4 years of experience in consulting, startups, or within product teams
- Highly organized and proactive—you naturally bring order to complexity
- Confident communicator who can engage across all levels and keep teams aligned
- Motivated by impact and excited to work on both strategic and operational challenges
- Comfortable giving and receiving feedback and holding others accountable with empathy
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to grow
- Experience working in Jira
- Background in healthcare, mental health, or telehealth environments a plus
- Project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, CPM or CSM are a plus

Compensation
At Talkspace, we believe that pay transparency during the interview process is a critical part of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our salary bands are based on internal and external compensation benchmarks, which we regularly evaluate to ensure we pay competitively.
The base salary range for this role is between $91,000 - $115,000. Within the salary bands, leveling corresponds to each candidate’s relevant experience, skills as assessed during the interview process, education, and applicable certifications.
