  • Role: Project Manager
    Years of Experience: 10+ years
    Location: Monterey Park, CA (2 -3 days onsite)
     
    As a consultant within the Vertical team, you will work with our clients to define their digital strategy and execution roadmap, and design and implement differentiated digital solutions to help deliver measurable value.
     
    Job Description:
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple initiatives in the utility's domain (e.g., electricity, gas). Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across business units, vendors, and technical teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery. Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and manage dependencies across projects.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal governance.
  • Track and report project progress, KPIs, and budget adherence to senior leadership.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile maturity within teams.
