About This Job:
Air and Space Force Solutions, a business unit within BAE Systems, has an opening at our Hill Air Force Base, Utah location for a Project Manager. In this role you will join our Information Services team and have an important role in supporting our mission of strategic deterrence through continual improvement and innovation. This is a customer-facing role with strong relationship building responsibilities with the government customer as well as with equipment/software vendors and associated contractors. You may frequently be working in a technical project manager capacity, working directly with technical personnel and, on occasion, with senior leadership to provide status updates.
Additionally, you will provide leadership for those involved in the development, design and optimization of one or more information technology systems. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, analysis, selection and modification of enterprise systems, application software, installation of network hardware/software and database management. You will also provide technical expertise to the government customer in developing and maintaining robust program operational tools and processes.
Specific responsibilities include:

• Coordinate IT projects for multiple sites and classification (type) of sites
• Manage Sentinel baseline requests for each site
• Develop and maintain project plans in JIRA and Microsoft Project
• Requirements collection and establishment (define requirements)
• Change management (requirements)
• Project construction meetings
• Project LOM redlines review
• Requirement owner / stakeholder engagement
• Coordination with other Sentinel teams
• Jira project tasks (spread across multiple projects/locations: MIF, TITAN, etc.)
• Confluence page creation and updates
• General project management
• Visio documents creation / editing
• LOM generation
• Full inventory management

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Required Education, Experience, & Skills for this Position:

• High School diploma with 10+ years of relevant work experience, or
• Bachelor's Degree (typically in computer science, information technologies, etc.) and 7+ years of progressive technical experience, or
• MS Degree and 5+ years of relevant experience
• Technical knowledge of systems, networks, and application security, as well as a solid understanding of enterprise-level security frameworks, policies, processes, and standards
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work across teams and in a cross-functional environment to accomplish schedules driven priorities on time
• Experience interfacing and briefing customer and upper management
• Experience or knowledge of cybersecurity, networks, system components, system protocols, COTS technology, and software development
• Effective organizational, time management, and communications skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Fast learner with ability to quickly comprehend technology and understand unique system requirements

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $105254 - $178931
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
