How you will impact the organization…
The Master Data Management (MDM) and Technology Project Manager is key in managing projects focused on Salesforce applications and platforms and MDM Methodology. They oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial concept through to completion. They ensure that programs and solutions meet business needs and are delivered on time and within budget.

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
- Track project milestones and deliverables.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Partnering with cross functional teams on projects as needed.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested. Consensus reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
What you will bring to the table…
- 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience and/or developer experience.
- 1+ years Experience with project management tools like Atlassian.
- 1+ years Experience writing process documents and creating flowcharts.
- Experience contributing to cross-functional projects including understanding of project life cycles.
- Experience researching CRM and sales processes to determine industry best practices.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
- Excellent project management skills, including managing large, complex projects.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge and understanding of sales cycles and related processes.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
You will stand out if you also have…
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Architect preferred.
- Knowledge of AI platforms and services and experience with customization and Salesforce implementation.

- Location requirements: Hybrid: Los Angeles, Las Vegas, or Dallas
- Travel requirements: Up to 10% travel
- Physical requirements: Must be able to sit for long periods, as well as, handle long periods of screen time.
- Technology requirements: Reliable, high speed internet

The salary range for this role is $130,000-$140,000 USD annually. The total compensation package for this position is negotiable and may also include annual performance bonus, ESPP, enhanced time off packages and benefits. This job doesn't have an expiration date and will remain open until a qualified candidate is hired.
