About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be fully embedded within one of our key CPG client teams, leading cross-functional coordination across the client’s Integrated Agency Team (hybrid in-housed model). The role is central to ensuring seamless execution for the end-to-end IAT workflow; developing, overseeing and maintaining consistent timelines and promoting strong collaboration across all agency and internal teams including brand, creative, media, PR, social and experiential. This position is crucial to ensuring strategic alignment, high quality output, accountability and timely delivery across the marketing system within the IAT workflow.

Responsibilities:
  • Project leadership and coordination
  • Manage the end-to-end IAT process for advertising campaigns, providing organizational backbone for cross-functional collaboration from briefing to final delivery
  • Accountable to ensure IAT partners deliver on timelines, key milestones and go-to-market requirements, while proactively identifying risk and removing blockers
  • Responsible for ensuring best practice methodologies are leveraged across IAT partners
  • Orchestrate IAT collaboration
  • Act as operational lead for all IAT activities
  • Own shared comms, develop workbacks and design and project manage cross-functional workflow to enable seamless execution across both CA and US (comms through Monday.com)
  • Monitor actions and deliverables; highlighting risks or delays to stakeholders and escalating unresolved issues and proposing solutions as needed
  • Coordinate and run weekly inter agency team meetings
  • Manage Communication & Approvals
  • Ensure clear communication across stakeholders by coordinating feedback loops, consolidating review and tracking version control (documentation within IAT workflow, excludes creative versions)
About YouThe essentials:
  • 5+ years of project management experience within marketing, creative, or agency environments
  • Experience working with or within an Integrated Agency Team (IAT) or cross-functional marketing group
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Familiarity with marketing campaign lifecycles, media/creative production workflows, and integrated communications
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet) and collaborative platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams).

What We Offer

Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.

$85,000$95,000 CAD
