Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of the website’s digital strategy roadmap, ensuring it reflects business priorities and stakeholder needs.
- Develop a structured approach for managing multiple interconnected projects, aligning timelines, dependencies, and resources to deliver successful outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with teams across strategy, content, operations, analytics, and product to gather requirements and assess cross-workstream impacts.
- Convert technical and product requirements into organized, actionable project plans.
- Create and manage comprehensive project schedules, milestones, and deliverables while identifying and addressing risks early.
- Run weekly status meetings to monitor progress, surface issues, and support critical decision-making.
- Serve as the central communication point for stakeholders, offering clear updates on progress, risks, and key deliverables.
- Maintain project documentation within a project management platform, ensuring leadership visibility into roadmap advancement.
- Assist with change management efforts to support the adoption of new internal processes across teams.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Cultivate a collaborative, accountable environment that keeps teams focused on shared strategic goals.
- Demonstrated ability to lead meetings and enforce accountability through tracking risks, blockers, and decisions.
- 5+ years of project management experience within digital strategy, website programs, or cross-functional initiative delivery.
- Proven experience guiding large, complex digital projects involving multiple stakeholder groups, particularly within website or digital transformation environments.
- Skill in translating technical concepts into business-oriented communication, highlighting implications, choices, and trade-offs.
- Proficiency with project management tools for monitoring timelines and managing interdependencies.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities across diverse teams.
- Highly proactive, organized, and detail-driven, with the ability to foresee challenges and drive solutions forward.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or Communications.
