PragerU Kids empowers parents and inspires the next generation by teaching America’s core values, rich history, and limitless opportunities. We create fun, educational content for K–12 students through videos, books, live events, and more.
We’re seeking a highly organized Project Manager to support the VP of Kids in overseeing a range of initiatives including creative content, marketing, and education outreach. This role ensures projects stay on track from start to finish by managing timelines, coordinating teams, and streamlining communication. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and enjoys being the go-to partner for executing strategic, values-driven projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the PragerU Kids master project schedule, ensuring timelines, priorities, and resources are well managed
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to keep videos, books, and events, and other educational projects on track and on time
- Manage project workflows, timelines, meeting agendas, and follow-ups through all stages of production
- Track deliverables, provide stakeholder updates, and follow up to ensure accountability and progress
- Organize and maintain project files and creative assets for transparency and accuracy
- Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining clear communication and confidentiality
- Support the VP, Kids with traffic management, scheduling, travel logistics, and process improvements
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of written content by proofreading, editing, and maintaining style guides
- Oversee project workflows, coordinate with departments and vendors, and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Successful Candidates Will Possess:
- 3–5 years in project management, traffic coordination, or production workflows (agency or in-house preferred)
- Strong knowledge of creative processes: design, video, digital marketing, and content development
- Excellent written and verbal communication; sharp eye for grammar and punctuation
- Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail
- Proven ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled at identifying and resolving bottlenecks efficiently and diplomatically
- Experience collaborating across teams like marketing, production, and digital
- Familiar with style guides, creative file formats, review cycles, and production terms
- Basic understanding of layout and design in digital and print
- Team-oriented with a focus on clarity, efficiency, and continuous improvement

Salary Range: The salary target for this role is $75,000 - $90,000. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, in addition to our robust benefits package.
