We are looking for a self-driven Project manager/Product Operations Specialist who will support the Chief Product Officer in day-to-day operations. In this role, you will be the key link between multiple teams— Product, Dev,  Marketing &PR, Dealing and Data, —to ensure smooth execution of sprints, drive efficiency, and enable data-informed decision-making. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to develop into a strong Product Owner and gain unparalleled experience in the Trading products domain.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Management & Coordination
    • Manage project tracking tools (e.g., Jira) to keep tasks up to date, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
    • Follow up on deliverables with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and timely completion.
  2. Presentation & Documentation
    • Draft presentations and regular updates on new features, product performance, and company initiatives for internal and external audiences.
    • Maintain and organize product-related documentation for easy accessibility of various teams.
  3. Marketing & PR Collaboration
    • Collaborate with PR and Marketing teams to effectively publicize new features and product updates.
      Ensure branding, messaging, and timelines are aligned across all communication channels.
  4. Data Analysis & Competitive Research
    • Perform ad hoc analysis of platform metrics, user behavior, and competitor offerings.
    • Present insights and recommendations to drive product enhancements and strategic decisions.
  5. AI & Efficiency Initiatives
    • Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools and automation to improve team processes, metric tracking, and operational workflows.
    • Partner with relevant teams to test and integrate AI-driven solutions that enhance overall efficiency.
  6. Sprint Planning & Product Support
    • Assist with sprint planning, backlog grooming, and task prioritization.
    • Contribute to development of simple product features, website pages, and internal tools.
    • Gather and consolidate stakeholder feedback to ensure alignment with the product roadmap.
Qualifications
  • Startup Experience: Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
    Technical Skills:
    Proficiency with presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar).
    Basic knowledge of Python and SQL is an advantage.
    Familiarity with task management and documentation software (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Structured Thinking & Organization: Strong ability to deconstruct complex tasks, plan efficient workflows, and keep teams on track.
  • AI Literacy: experience with using common AI/automation tools and how they can optimize operational efficiency.
  • Interest in Trading & Crypto: Enthusiasm for financial markets, with a keen desire to learn and grow in the trading domain.
  • Team Player: Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and an ability to influence without formal authority.
  • Fluent Russian and English language.
