About Us

We're building the AI-native infrastructure to power the next generation of insurance services.

Mid-sized agencies, long constrained by manual processes and outdated systems, deserve a future where efficiency and innovation drive growth. We envision a world where technology liberates these businesses from administrative burdens and empowers them to thrive. Our mission is to create an end-to-end AI automation platform that transforms operations, accelerates sales, and enables smarter decisions—unlocking unprecedented opportunities for an underserved segment of the market.

We're well capitalized and backed by top-tier investors and have deep conviction in the demand from our earliest agency partners. We're building in collaboration with early adopters to test, refine, and deploy real-world vertical AI tools—and we're just getting started. This is a chance to join at the ground level, shape vertical AI workflows from 0-1, and help create something truly transformative.

The Role:

We’re hiring an Integration & Implementation Project Manager to lead the operational, systems, and change-management work required when we onboard newly acquired insurance agencies onto the platform. You’ll own the integration timeline end-to-end—from pre-close planning through Day 1 execution through 30-60-90 and the full 12-month transition.

This role serves as a critical bridge connecting leadership, our product and engineering teams, and the employees of newly acquired agencies. You’ll coordinate people, processes, technology, and communications to ensure that integrations are smooth, predictable, and successful.

Your work will directly shape how we scale our platform, standardizes processes, and drive operational excellence across multiple acquisitions.

Integration Planning & Execution
  • Own and manage the full integration project plan across HR, IT, Operations, Finance, Sales/Producers, and Compliance

  • Run the Day 1 rollout, onboarding sessions, and communication plans for newly acquired teams

  • Translate integration playbooks into actionable, trackable workflows and drive cross-functional alignment

Change Management
  • Build clear, empathetic communication plans (welcome letters, Q&A docs, team updates, training materials)

  • Facilitate adoption of new systems (Epic, CRM tools, AI workflows, internal processes)

  • Identify friction points early and drive resolutions with functional leads

  • Track and coordinate integration progress using project management tooling (Clickup)

Process Development & Standardization
  • Create and continually improve AGI’s integration playbook, onboarding templates, SOPs, and communication kits

  • Capture post-mortems to refine processes for the next acquisition

  • Help build a repeatable, scalable integration engine as AGI grows

Who You Are:
  • 3+ years in project management, implementation, consulting, or integration roles

  • Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder, cross-functional programs (bonus: M&A integration, systems implementation, or operations roles)

  • Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, etc.)

  • PMP or Agile certification is a bonus, not required

  • Exceptionally organized; thrives in structured execution with moving pieces

  • Clear, empathetic communicator who can break down complex change simply

  • High EQ — comfortable navigating resistance, ambiguity, and sensitive team dynamics

Why Join:
  • You’ll be part of the founding DNA — shaping culture, product, and direction.

  • High-impact, high-trust environment with direct access to the founding team.

We are focused on building a diverse and inclusive workforce. If you’re excited about this role, but do not meet 100% of the qualifications listed above, we encourage you to apply.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
