- Lead end-to-end execution of imaging equipment installations, from sales order review through customer handoff.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations.
- Drive project planning, scheduling, and coordination across all phases of the installation lifecycle.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve risks and issues that may impact timelines, cost, or customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between GE HealthCare and customers for all installation-related activities.
- Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication, expectation setting, and issue resolution.
- Ensure successful customer onboarding and training in partnership with Applications teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with clinical and operational stakeholders.
- Partner with Sales, Service, Applications, and Operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Coordinate resources and activities across internal and external stakeholders.
- Align project execution with commercial commitments and operational capabilities.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices, tools, and processes.
- Drive productivity and efficiency throughout the installation process.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps and recommending solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of two years of project management experience, or an associate degree with a minimum of five years of project management experience.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to work from a home office and travel regularly, including overnight travel as required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Formal project management training or coursework.
- Experience in construction, site planning, or working with building trades.
- Experience managing large-scale projects with successful on-time delivery.
- Customer-facing experience in clinical or healthcare environments.
- Familiarity with GE HealthCare imaging products.
- Proficiency with design tools such as AutoCAD or MagicPlan.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Six Sigma certification or Lean experience.

- Travel: Regular travel required, including overnight stays
