Operating as the primary customer interface during implementation, the Project Manager coordinates cross-functional teams—including Sales, Service, Applications, and Operations—to deliver a seamless installation experience. This position is customer-facing and best suited for candidates located within the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area, with regular travel to customer sites.

Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution & Delivery
  • Lead end-to-end execution of imaging equipment installations, from sales order review through customer handoff.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations.
  • Drive project planning, scheduling, and coordination across all phases of the installation lifecycle.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve risks and issues that may impact timelines, cost, or customer satisfaction.
Customer Engagement & Experience
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between GE HealthCare and customers for all installation-related activities.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication, expectation setting, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure successful customer onboarding and training in partnership with Applications teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clinical and operational stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales, Service, Applications, and Operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Coordinate resources and activities across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Align project execution with commercial commitments and operational capabilities.
Operational Excellence
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices, tools, and processes.
  • Drive productivity and efficiency throughout the installation process.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps and recommending solutions.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of two years of project management experience, or an associate degree with a minimum of five years of project management experience.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to work from a home office and travel regularly, including overnight travel as required.
  • Valid driver’s license.
Desired Qualifications
  • Formal project management training or coursework.
  • Experience in construction, site planning, or working with building trades.
  • Experience managing large-scale projects with successful on-time delivery.
  • Customer-facing experience in clinical or healthcare environments.
  • Familiarity with GE HealthCare imaging products.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as AutoCAD or MagicPlan.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Six Sigma certification or Lean experience.
Additional Information
  • Work Location: Dallas/Fort Worth, TX
  • Travel: Regular travel required, including overnight stays
  • Work Environment: Remote/home office with frequent customer site engagement
