What You’ll Own & Lead:🔹 Project Leadership
Drive excellence by creating and maintaining a robust TMF Management Plan, ensuring inspection‑ready quality at all times.
Orchestrate cross‑functional activities across internal teams and vendors, ensuring timelines and deliverables remain on point.
Play a key role in critical milestones—from interim analyses and database locks to CSR delivery and study closeout.
Lead vendor selection, contracting, performance oversight, and scope management with confidence and clarity.
Ensure seamless team transitions by partnering with Resource Managers and building detailed, effective transition plans.
🔹 Financial & Risk Management
Build and execute contingency plans and risk‑mitigation strategies that keep your study future‑proof and milestone‑ready.
Own the creation of metric reports that inform senior leadership and the client.
Partner with finance teams to track study performance, reconcile budgets, and identify potential overruns.
Review and approve site/vendor invoices and client billing with precision.
🔹 Client Partnership & Business Development
Represent Syneos with confidence as one of the key faces to the client—building trust and ensuring deliverables are crystal clear.
Step into proposal development and bring your operational voice to new business opportunities.
Lead and present at internal and external meetings, driving clarity, enthusiasm, and alignment.
🔹 Training, Knowledge & Thought Leadership
Facilitate onboarding and protocol‑specific training across your project team.
Build your therapeutic expertise in Oncology and stay sharp on the evolving clinical landscape.
Serve as a mentor and guide to study teams, helping them navigate process, protocol, and performance expectations.
MUST HAVE: Late Phase Oncology PM experience running full‑scope clinical trials at a CRO or pharmaceutical company.
CRO experience strongly preferred.
Deep knowledge of ICH‑GCP, regulatory requirements, and global clinical operations.
A master multitasker with exceptional communication, organization, and independent‑work skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and high comfort working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Salary Range:
$95,000.00 - $175,700.00The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
