You’re a project manager who can take a project from kickoff to delivery. You’re organized, direct, steady under pressure, and you anticipate problems before they hit your desk. You communicate clearly, possess exceptional customer success skills, manage stakeholders well, and keep cross-functional teams aligned.

What You Will Do
Project Management Knowledge
- Adapt existing industry knowledge to Zonda products and processes to elevate communication, project quality, and client satisfaction.
- Manage medium to large-scale concurrent projects with different delivery timelines.
- Hold kickoff meetings, progress reviews, and demos.
- Define scope, budget, timeline, dependencies, and deliverables for each project.
- Set client expectations from project kickoff to completion including communication platforms, delivery timelines, and management of revisions.
- Identify risks early and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Provide quoting support for client revisions.
- Deliver consistent reporting and recommend practical process improvements.
- Ensure clear communication between client and production artists.
- Maintain consistent architectural accuracy and quality of deliverables.
What You Bring
- 1-3 years of experience in homebuilding industry, ArchViz, or digital media.
- Bachelor’s degree required; PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification is a plus.
- Proficiency with project management tools (like Jira, Asana, Monday, Trello, etc.).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
