We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to lead strategic factory test improvement initiatives across our manufacturing operations. This role requires a strong leader who can drive change without formal authority, meet critical deadlines, and effectively communicate complex ideas to senior leadership. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates adaptability, and excels at cross-functional collaboration.

  • Lead and execute factory test improvement projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to identify pain points, define solutions, and implement test enhancements that improve yield, cycle time, and reliability
  • Influence stakeholders across multiple departments, gaining buy-in for process changes without direct reporting authority.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk assessments, and status reports.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and updates to senior leadership, including performance metrics, risks, and recommendations.
  • Drive accountability across project teams and maintain a relentless focus on results.
  • Anticipate roadblocks and adapt plans quickly to keep projects on track.
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline test processes and standardize best practices across product lines.


Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field; advanced degree a plus
  • Experience in project or program management, preferably within a manufacturing or operations environment
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects and driving change without direct authority
  • Strong presentation skills and experience communicating with senior leadership
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira)
  • Familiarity with factory test systems, process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma), and root cause analysis preferred.


Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Understanding of RF, digital and analog test measurements
  • Experience in Software configuration management and release processes
  • Ability to work independantly and within a team enviroment
  • Product build processes
  • Experience in test engineering or related engineering field


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $115779 - $196825
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
