Fullsteam is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to support our Zuora Implementation project and other financial systems implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong systems or accounting background, specifically Order to cash, and experience with Project Management for Enterprise-Wide System implementations.  

Remote role with the need to attend meetings in our Atlanta and Auburn Corporate office or at Business units. Advance notice will be given for any travel required.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead as Project Manager the implementation of Zuora as an Enterprise-wide billing and revenue software for all business units.

  • Project Manager Lead on other financial systems implementation projects in the future.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

  • Develop detailed work plans, monitor progress, and provide project status updates to stakeholders.

  • Partner with finance, systems, operations, and leadership to identify and implement cross-functional solutions.

  • Provide project management oversight, ensuring tasks are tracked and milestones are met.

  • Manage against milestones, budget, and statement of work third-party implementation partners.

  • Refine workflows, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement best practices.

  • Support business transformation efforts by collaborating with operations and driving alignment across teams.

  • Work closely with subject matter experts, operations, and accounting teams to develop and deliver training across departments and business units for the new systems.

  • Support the maintenance of a repository of training materials and resources.

  • Assist with training of employees or business units as part of system implementation process.

  • Track project spend compared to the budget, statement of work and project plans.

  • Develop a strong understanding of system architecture and design to provide ongoing support post-implementation.

  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including business unit leadership, to ensure alignment and successful adoption of the new system.

  • Drive and foster a positive organizational culture by exemplifying and promoting our core values and behaviors, ensuring alignment with company standards, and nurturing an environment of collaboration, continuous improvement, and performance.

Skills & Competencies:

Technical Skills and Knowledge:

  • Project Management experience managing enterprise-wide projects.

  • Knowledge of billing tools and integration with revenue accounting systems.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including visualization techniques to report data to multiple stakeholder groups.

  • Understanding of automation tools to identify and implement process or workflow enhancements.

  • Critical thinker who can analyze, identify and resolve discrepancies in records like misapplied payments or unbilled accounts.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Works to manage relationships across functions including sales, operations, accounting, and billing to ensure alignment and accuracy through clear verbal communication and written documentation.

  • Provides clear and interpretable reports in a consistent manner for stakeholder needs and decision making.

  • Maintains an elevated level of service to all stakeholders both internal and external.

Accountability

  • Achiever who takes ownership of responsibilities and understands the ethical needs of providing accurate and timely accounting data.

  • Works collaboratively with team members to ensure departmental goals are achieved for monthly reporting needs.

  • Can thrive in a mergers and acquisitions setting with new business unit responsibilities.

  • Identifies challenges, proposes solutions, and implements solutions to ensure resolution.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Project management or systems implementations

  • Experience in systems design and architecture.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

  • Experience with Zuora Billing and Revenue and/or Salesforce CRM implementations preferred.

  • Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
