Primary purpose of the role

We are accelerating innovation in business lending to deliver transformational, sustainable and data-driven long-term business success for customers.
The Project Manager/Engagement Lead is a key role that ensures successful delivery of RDC solutions to our lending customers in North America. This individual will work closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to drive operational effectiveness and oversight throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall ownership of the RDC project plan, governance, and outcomes
- Manages all governance processes and milestones, including management of governance forums
- Drives project design and delivery, in conjunction with Data Science and Implementation leaders, to ensure successful project completion
- Ensure deliverables are completed to the required standards within the specified timeframe, yet able to be flexible when the situation demands it
- Removes impediments and supports company goals by maintaining
focus and direction to the RDC Project Teams
- Responsible for the management of all project components, with support from North America leadership

- Risks and Issues
- Generate all project reporting for client stakeholders and internally at RDC
- Prepare for and drive project meetings on a regular cadence for each project under your direction
- Coordinate the tasks and activities of customer delivery roles across the organization, including Data Scientists, Credit Advisors, Platform Consultants, and Data Engineers
- Provide support in the quality control of related project deliverables and artifacts
Required Skills:
- 5-10 years’ experience in a project management role, preferably in software implementation
- Expertise in creating detailed project plans, including scope, objectives and resource allocation
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience using MS Project and Jira for project delivery and task management
- Adaptable to changing project requirements and priorities
- Ability to break down complex problems into explainable, actionable steps.
- Implementation experience with decision engines, analytic products, and/or process automation
- Demonstrated understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodology
- Interest and ability to work closely with teams and provide project management guidance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Skills:
- Commercial and Business Banking and Credit Operations knowledge and experience
- API integration experience
- Experience working for a SaaS Company or similar
- PMP certification and/or Six Sigma certification
Additional Details
- This role would require up to 15% travel
- This is a remote role, but would prefer someone located in California, or Florida.
- ($120,000-$150,000) range depends on experience/location
