The Project Manager, Employee Experience & HR Technology supports the delivery of HR initiatives that improve employee and manager experience through technology, process optimization, and disciplined execution. This role operates within the HR PMO framework and partners with Employee Experience leaders, HR Technology, HR Shared Services, HR COEs , and GIS to deliver projects on time, within scope, and with strong stakeholder alignment.

This role is ideal for a developing Project Manager who has foundational experience and is looking to grow skills in HR technology, enterprise platforms (such as Workday), and structured PMO delivery with coaching and mentorship.

What You’ll Do

  • Apply HR PMO standards, templates, and operating rhythms across assigned projects.

  • Maintain accurate project plans, timelines, and status updates in Jira and PMO tracking tools.

  • Support PMO intake activities by helping document scope, ownership, timing, and dependencies for new requests.

  • Coordinate HR deliverables for HR Technology initiatives, including requirements documentation, testing support, training inputs, and communications.

  • Support Employee Experience initiatives focused on improving processes, automation, and digital solutions.

  • Assist with pilot activities and phased rollouts, including coordination, communications, and feedback capture.

  • Provide clear, structured project updates to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Support change readiness activities by coordinating communications, training inputs, and go‑live support.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management

  • Demonstrated, hands-on experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, or similar)

  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, hybrid, or waterfall, with the ability to apply them in a real-world delivery environment

  • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in a structured or PMO-led environment

  • Solid understanding of the employee lifecycle and core HR processes (e.g., hire to retire), and how technology supports these processes

  • Experience with Workday or other HCM systems

  • Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills

  • Interest in HR technology, enterprise systems, or digital transformation

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
