About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Microsoft Business Applications practice. This role is responsible for leading the successful delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and related Microsoft technology projects for clients across multiple industries.

The ideal candidate is an organized, client-focused professional with strong communication skills, experience managing software implementation projects, and a solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies. You will work closely with clients, solution architects, business analysts, developers, and leadership teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with high customer satisfaction.

This position requires the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Client Management

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform projects.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Facilitate project kickoffs, planning sessions, sprint ceremonies, status meetings, and steering committee meetings.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly project status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Manage project escalations and drive resolution of delivery challenges.
  • Ensure projects adhere to established governance, quality, and delivery standards.

Financial & Resource Management

  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, burn rates, and overall financial health.
  • Monitor project profitability and identify risks that may impact margins.
  • Coordinate resource planning and scheduling across multiple projects.
  • Work closely with practice leadership to balance resource demand and project priorities.
  • Support change request processes and scope management activities.

Agile Delivery Leadership

  • Lead Agile project execution using Scrum and iterative delivery practices.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Partner with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, and Development teams to remove delivery obstacles.
  • Promote continuous improvement and delivery best practices.

Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate activities across cross-functional project teams.
  • Provide clear direction, priorities, and expectations to project resources.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative project environment.
  • Support onboarding and mentoring of junior project team members when required.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience delivering enterprise software implementation projects.
  • Experience managing Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, or related Microsoft business application projects.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and iterative delivery methodologies.
  • Experience using Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, user stories, and project tracking.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
  • Strong financial management skills including forecasting, budgeting, and project tracking.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.
  • Ability to identify risks early and proactively develop mitigation strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Scrum Master, Agile, or SAFe certifications.
  • Experience working within a Microsoft Partner or consulting organization.
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights, or Power Platform solutions.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and integration projects.
  • Knowledge of Power BI and business reporting tools.

Salary & Benefits

  • The compensation range for this role is $100,000 - $130,000 CAD, depending on years of comparable experience, skill set, and the unique value you bring.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada or the United States and be available for occasional travel in Canada and the USA.
