About us:

Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. Powered by technology, we are a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. Following the mass increase in depression and anxiety, the need for accessibility is more important than ever. To make our vision for mental healthcare a reality, we’re building a team of entrepreneurs and mission-driven go-getters. Since launching in February 2021, we’ve empowered more than ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and insurance landscape. We’ve raised more than $178mm of funding from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, and others.

What You’ll Be Doing:

We’re looking for a Project Manager of Credentialing and Enrollment Operations to support operational initiatives that strengthen and modernize our credentialing and enrollment operations. This role is focused on coordinating and tracking transformation and operational work, including driving initiatives that help us scale more effectively. You’ll work closely with the Director of Credentialing and Enrollment to project manage cross-functional initiatives which not only impact our team, but Grow as a whole.

  • Project manage and drive transformation initiatives in credentialing and enrollment, including broader Grow initiatives where we can add value
  • Maintain a centralized tracker for transformation initiatives and OKR progress across Credentialing, Enrollment / DelCred, and Special Projects, including ensuring milestones and project timelines are tracked appropriately
  • Partner across CredOps teams to support the documentation of processes and build structured playbooks to allow for more repeatable operations
  • Support post-decision execution on major projects (i.e., new systems) by managing timelines and follow-ups
  • Capture and document lessons learned from completed projects to improve future execution
  • Collaborate with BizOps to ensure reporting and dashboards reflect up-to-date metrics

The salary range for this position is $107,681 - $145,000 USD.

The base compensation for this role will vary depending on several factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, and the candidate's working location.

You’ll Be a Good Fit If:

  • 2-4 years of experience with provider credentialing and / or payor enrollment
  • Experience in healthcare program / project management
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through - you’re known for keeping things moving at a fast, but accurate pace
  • Excellent organizational skills, a self-starter mindset, and comfort juggling multiple moving pieces at once
  • Bonus: Experience working in a fast-growing startup

If you don’t meet every single requirement, but are still interested in the job, please apply. Nobody checks every box, and Grow believes the perfect candidate is more than just a resume.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
