Did we mention we’re fully remote?  We found that life is just better with a fully remote workforce and we operate in a remote work environment.  We’re most productive when our work life acts in harmony with the rest of our lifestyle, and our culture reflects that.  US candidates only will be considered.

** Perk for candidates: We have an amazing office in Huntington Beach, CA a block from the beach, shops, and restaurants. It's a cool place for employees to have meetings or important conversations and to keep up with coworkers more regularly. If you are in the SoCal area, it's a great option if you are looking for more of a hybrid schedule to make and keep human connections! And if you are not in the SoCal area, our office doors are always open, and we encourage you to take advantage of the office space for in-person training and periodic visits!

About Chirp

Chirp is a next-generation link-in-bio platform built for creators who want more than just links. We connect creators and brands through smarter integrations, measurable engagement, and meaningful monetization opportunities. Our mission is to make every link a launchpad for creativity, community, and commerce.

We’re a small but mighty team inside OddBytes, moving fast, thinking creatively, and redefining what it means to bridge creators and brands.

The Role

Reporting to Director of Project Management, the Project Manager - Chirp will be to keep Chirp humming — from concept through creator launch. You’ll own the planning, communication, and coordination that ensure the Chirp roadmap comes to life.

You’ll manage the systems, tools, and processes that give the team visibility into what’s happening, what’s next, and what’s blocking progress. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role that requires exceptional organization, communication, and follow-through.

You’ll be the connective tissue between Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing — ensuring everything moves in sync from idea to execution to go-to-market.

What You’ll DoProgram & Roadmap Ownership
  • (In Partnership with Search Ops Lead) Own the Search operating calendar, defining key milestones, sprint schedules, and delivery expectations across teams
  • Own the Chirp master roadmap — tracking all initiatives across product, marketing, and creator programs.
  • Manage the Chirp program calendar, ensuring launches, reviews, and dependencies are clearly communicated and visible to all teams.
  • Maintain alignment across stages — from ideation and validation to production, creator rollout, and post-launch optimization.
  • Partner with leadership to prioritize projects, flag risks, and keep the roadmap current and actionable.
Project & Milestone Management
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle — from concept to go-to-market launch — ensuring milestones, deliverables, and dependencies are tracked and met.
  • Build and maintain project plans with clear owners, deadlines, and deliverable status.
  • Lead milestone reviews and readiness meetings to confirm alignment and surface blockers early.
  • Drive accountability and ensure the team is tracking progress against defined goals and success metrics.
Tools, Systems & Documentation
  • Own Chirp’s project management tools (e.g., Coda, Asana, or Jira) — structure, workflows, dashboards, and templates.
  • Ensure all projects are accurately tracked, updated, and documented — keeping the system of record clean, current, and trusted.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that reflect roadmap progress, launch readiness, and team capacity.
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and transparency across teams.
Communication & Coordination
  • Own the flow of information for the Chirp program — ensuring updates are timely, clear, and consistent across all stakeholders.
  • Drive weekly and monthly updates that summarize progress, milestones, and priorities.
  • Manage meeting cadences and calendars, from creative kickoffs to roadmap reviews and leadership syncs.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration — ensuring that Product, Design, Marketing, and Engineering remain aligned on timing, scope, and priorities.
  • Partner with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth creator and go-to-market launches, bridging internal plans with external execution.
What You Bring
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in project or program management, ideally in a tech, creator economy, or consumer app environment.
  • Experience managing product roadmaps and go-to-market initiatives across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong command of project management tools and the ability to build scalable systems and workflows.
  • Proven ability to synthesize information and communicate effectively with technical and creative stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset and comfort working in a fast-moving, startup-style environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and documentation discipline.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in creator platforms, social commerce, or digital marketing ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with product development cycles and go-to-market planning.
  • A background in managing creator or brand programs is a plus.
Why You’ll Love Working on Chirp
  • You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how Chirp operates and scales.
  • You’ll help connect creators and brands in meaningful, measurable ways.
  • You’ll work with a creative, collaborative team that values clarity, velocity, and innovation.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
