As a dedicated Program Manager within our Business Operations team, you will support and promote our growing Business Operations team. Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, this individual will collaborate across departments.
Responsibilities:
- Program Manager : Track complex, high-impact initiatives, ensuring teams stay aligned with goals, within budget, and overcome challenges effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to set clear milestones and drive progress.
- Operational Execution: Oversee programs from initial concept through successful implementation, ensuring smooth execution, alignment, and continuous momentum throughout the process.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key connector between teams, working closely with stakeholders across departments—including Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and UX—to align efforts, strengthen partnerships, and remove obstacles.
- Communication & Engagement: Deliver clear, actionable updates to various audiences, from development teams to senior leadership. Establish regular touchpoints and reporting to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Performance Measurement & Improvement: Define and track meaningful metrics to assess impact and progress. Facilitate regular reflection to identify successes, challenges, and areas for improvement, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Contractor Management: Oversee and optimize the contractor workflow, from request to delivery, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to high-quality standards.
What we’re looking for:
- 3-5+ years of program or project management experience leading large-scale, high-impact initiatives with significant budgets, risk, and cross-functional complexity.
- Proven ability to build and optimize operational systems that enhance efficiency, collaboration, and execution across multiple teams.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and UX teams to drive alignment and execution.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies with the ability to guide teams through iterative improvements while maintaining momentum.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of distilling complex information into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
- Experience managing external partners or contractors, ensuring high-quality outcomes while optimizing budgets and timelines.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to define, track, and analyze key performance metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining focus on strategic objectives.
- Passion for education technology and a desire to contribute to a mission-driven organization dedicated to improving learning outcomes.
Salary range is dependent on geographic location, prior experience, seniority, and demonstrated role related ability during the interview process.
