Position Overview
The Project Manager will support AI implementation projects for our clients under the guidance of the Project Manager Lead. This position is ideal for someone passionate about AI who wants to develop project management skills while working directly with clients. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with AI Strategists and the Project Manager Lead to ensure successful project delivery, maintain client relationships, and contribute to the execution of AI-driven business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager Lead in executing AI implementation projects from initiation through deployment.
- Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and tracking deliverables to meet client objectives.
- Coordinate activities between internal teams (AI Strategists, Analysts, and technical experts) and client stakeholders.
- Maintain regular client communication through status updates, progress reports, and project documentation.
- Monitor project timelines, dependencies, and risks, escalating issues to the Project Manager Lead as needed.
- Participate in client meetings and calls, following up on action items.
- Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation, reports, and performance metrics.
- Assist in translating technical AI concepts into understandable business terms for client stakeholders.
- Help identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in project execution.
- Contribute to client success by ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in project management, client services, or technology implementation.
- Exposure to AI technologies or eagerness to learn about AI applications in business.
- Experience with client-facing roles or customer service preferred.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Basic understanding of AI concepts and their business applications, or strong willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheets, Slack or similar platforms.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Basic understanding of business processes and client relationship management.
