We are looking for a skilled Project Manager & Application Systems Analyst to join our team. This role combines end-to-end project management with deep analytical capabilities, focusing on delivering high-quality application solutions. The ideal candidate comes from a software background and is comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage application-related projects from initiation to delivery
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholders
  • Coordinate between business units, product managers, and engineering teams
  • Support testing processes (UAT, system testing) and ensure quality delivery
  • Monitor system performance and suggest improvements
  • Drive process optimization and efficiency through technology solutions
Requirements

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Systems Analyst
  • Strong background in software development environments (preferred)
  • Proven experience working on application/system implementations
  • Ability to understand technical architecture and system integrations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience writing clear functional and technical documentation
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
