Project Manager, Advisor Channel

We’re looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our Growth team in Miami, supporting our U.S. Sales Advisor Team.

MAJORITY is a groundbreaking mobile banking service built for migrants, by migrants. Global migration is a 21st-century reality, whether people are following their dreams, love, or new experiences. Our purpose at MAJORITY is to empower the ambitious, the brave, and the talented and help them achieve their dreams. We believe that everyone deserves the same opportunity to succeed. Our mission is to provide migrants the tools they need to thrive in their new country.

We are MAJORITY, people without borders from 20+ countries around the world. The most important thing for us is working with ambitious people who are passionate about making a difference and keen to help us achieve our mission. Does that sound like you? Then we’d love to hear from you.

This role reports to the Head of Direct Sales and will lead high-impact projects that directly shape one of MAJORITY’s primary growth channels. You’ll partner closely with sales leadership to design and implement scalable, data-driven processes that enhance operational efficiency, improve customer intake quality, and support the ongoing expansion of our direct sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Operations & Strategy: Work alongside experienced operators and strategic leaders owning project development and execution, working closely with our direct sales teams to implement process improvements, drive performance and accountability, and ensure alignment with broader channel objectives.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on individual and team performance, recruitment, and training engagement. Analyze data to identify trends and uncover opportunities to enhance productivity and sales quality.
  • Program Execution: Coordinate advisor-focused incentive programs, recruitment, and sales meetings. Manage the full advisor lifecycle—from onboarding and engagement to ongoing professional development.
  • Platform & Tools Management: Oversee the maintenance of dashboards, payroll reports, and other core tools used by the Advisor team. Collaborate with Product and Data teams to ensure tools effectively support operational and reporting needs.
  • Communication: Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and proper execution of initiatives. Maintain clear task ownership and deliver consistent, proactive communication to enable effective information flow across teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in sales, operations, or channel management; professional certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
  • Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
  • Strong communicator with a track record of engaging and aligning diverse stakeholders in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams and driving complex workstreams from planning through execution.
  • Analytical mindset with strong data fluency; able to synthesize and share insights across the organization.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
  • Based in Miami, with the ability to work closely and regularly with the local Advisor team.

If you’re interested in joining our mission as a Project Manager for our Advisor Channel, please apply by submitting your CV.

We believe in equal opportunity and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
