Position Summary  

Blue Acorn iCi is looking for a Project Manager with Adobe Commerce (Magento) experience who will be primarily responsible for quality, on-budget, and on-schedule delivery of Adobe Commerce technology solutions. Areas of responsibility include project schedule variance, project financials, project success, project scope variance, project team utilization, and consistent high level of client satisfaction. We are looking for someone who is professional, reliable, and pays attention to detail. Most importantly, we seek a team player with the ability to accomplish results as a team leader and as an individual contributor.  

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities    

  • Understand complexities of a large program and provide guidance for the Adobe Commerce/Magento development teams.
  • Establish common goals across multiple teams, define useful metrics, and reporting to track team performance.
  • Manage milestones across multiple teams
  • Lead teams of engineers through the completion of all phases of the project
  • Creates, maintains, and executes detailed project plans
  • Coordinates tasks assignment, monitors progress, and ensures proper task completion
  • Identifies resources needed and collaborates with Resource Management to ensure optimal project staffing
  • Ensures client’s business objectives and KPIs are captured, understood, and measurable
  • Identify, communicate, and define mitigation strategies for risks and issues internally and externally 
  • Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions 
  • Identify and aid implementation of improvements within the project management department  

Qualifications   

  • 5+ years of technical project management experience, preferably within a consulting firm
  • Experience working on Adobe Commerce/Magento projects is a must
  • Experience managing complex projects, with budgets and timelines in excess of $1M and 6+ months
  • Experience in a client-facing role as the main point of contact
  • Experience coordinating, encouraging and motivating internal teams
  • Experience in, and a high comfort level with, a fast-paced, deadline-driven culture
  • Comfortable with complex conversations both with the client and with internal teams
  • Able to dive into the details and organize/mobilize tracks of work while maintaining timeline, scope, and budget.
  • Able to drive and partner with internal team leadership to bring the project to a successful conclusion
  • An understanding of industry trends, development principles, and project methodologies
  • Experience with Global Delivery Model is preferred
  • Flexibility to travel
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

  • PMP Certification
  • Scrum/Agile Methodology
