Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Project Management Specialist (Level 2) to join the Contractual & Data Services team in Seal Beach, California.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Supports document and technical data release requirements based on customer type and contract guidelines
  • Assists with customer reviews to identify baseline data deliverables and optional product offerings
  • Responds and resolves customer data inquires
  • Processes customer data orders and resolves delivery issues
  • Administers customer access to online technical content
  • Works directly with Engineering to establish level of effort on engineering analysis
  • Prepares contracts, pricing quotes and scheduling requirements
  • Supports implementation of new projects and policies
  • Coordinates across Customer Support and various Boeing stakeholders
  • Respond to internal and external customer queries concerning products and services provided
  • Monitors and complies with program directives, sales orders, or other requests to ensure external customer contractual agreements are met
  • Releases final products in digital format or other formats per contract requirements
  • Coordinates with customers to resolve post-delivery issues

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ of experience working with cross-functional teams
  • 3+ years of experience working with multiple stakeholders
  • 3+ years of experience with MS Office applications
  • Must be able to support various shifts from time to time as the business requires

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with project management principles to manage simultaneous projects
  • Experience working in a dynamic work environment, to include managing multiple priorities

Summary pay range:
$75,690-$90,240
