The Multi-Domain Operations Division at Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSS) is looking for you to join our team as a Manager Project Management Level 2. The team is looking for a strong project manager in support of a restricted program that is manufacturing, deploying, and integrating astronomical domes across multiple OCONUS sites.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years’ experience OR a Master’s degree and 6 years’ experience in program integration and/or program management
- Active TS/SCI clearance at time of application and ability to maintain Special Program Access
- Must have experience leading a team
- Must have experience interfacing with General Contractors on construction projects
- Must have experience with cost and schedule responsibility > $5M
- Must be CAM certified, with EVMS experience
- Must have experience with cost estimation for proposals, including Basis of Estimate (BOE) generation
- Must have experience with Factory Acceptance Tests and Site Acceptance Tests
- Must have experience managing multiple subcontractors
- Must have experience in IMS development
- Available for travel up to 50%, with OCONUS assignments as long as 4 weeks
- Experience with civils, facility design, and property handover process per USG (DD 1354) and DD250 system handover procedure
Preferred Qualifications:
- Capture leadership experience
- Radome/dome install experience
- Demonstrated understanding of program risks, opportunity, and issue management process
